Step into Leh, a quiet mountain town surrounded by tall snowy peaks, and see Leh’s famous places like Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Shanti Stupa, Sindhu Ghat, Rancho School, and the old Leh Palace show you the culture, peace, and natural beauty of Ladakh before your trek begins.
Drive toward the Zanskar region, stopping at the Hall of Fame Museum, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and Magnetic Hill on the way from the river start point and take your first walk on the frozen Zanskar River and reach the Raar campsite to rest and continue trek through frozen places like Raar, Bakula, and Tsomo Paldar.
Walk on ice sheets, see changing patterns of the Chadar, and enjoy the beauty of the deep Zanskar valley, and finally visit the beautiful Naerak Frozen Waterfall, which looks like a tall wall of blue ice.
