Pack warm sets of clothes, a fleece jacket, and a windproof jacket.

Your rucksack weight should be between 40-60 ltr and your Daypack between 10-20 Ltr.
Keep a water bottle and dry fruits or energy bars to keep yourself hydrated and energized during the trek.
