Explore the enchanting beauty of Rara Lake on this trek, the largest and deepest freshwater lake in Rara National Park of Nepal.
Arrive in Kathmandu, where our tour representative will pick you up and take you to the hotel, freshen up and relax for sometime.
In the evening, get a brief introduction about the trek and provide all necessary information related to this trip, and meet your guide.
Next, take a scenic flight to Surkhet, a western part of Nepal. Upon arrival, explore the market, taste food, and interact with locals.
From Surkhet, begin a smooth drive through the scenic mountains to Kalikot, a small district and base for exploring the Rara region.
Drive from Kalikot to Rara through Sinja and Nagma, through misty mountain views and local culture, before reaching the Rara Lake.
Trek to Rara, where you’ll be welcomed by the beauty of Rara Lake, the largest lake in Nepal, nestled within the Rara National Park.
Rara National Park is home to several rare and endangered wildlife species like Musk Deer, Red Panda, Black Bear and Snow Trout.
